How it works

One spreadsheet row per process step. Columns set the step name, the shape (Start, Process, Decision, End), the connections, and the swimlane — the role or department responsible. Paste rows from Excel, Google Sheets, or a CSV export and the diagram assembles itself; edit any cell and it updates in real time. Export as PNG when you're done.
